L&L Tool & Die, Inc. has been a metal stamping and tool and die shop in the Gardena area for since 1958. We support a full service die shop including water jet machining.  It is our intention to maintain a full service die shop for the purpose of tooling new stamping products.  To better serve our stamping customers, L&L Tool does not manufacture tools for sale to non-stamping customers.

The main portion of our business is metal stamping. Power presses range from 35 to 120 tons.  Our specialty is class "A" progressive dies, but we run many compound dies and single operation dies as well.  The bulk of our metal stampings are semi-automated running, utilizing servo and air feeders to process coiled material. The speed of our presses ranges up to 200 strokes per minute.  We are efficient in running parts in quantities from a few hundred to a million parts per set-up.

We use abrasive water jet cutting for prototype and short production runs. We have a reputation for doing quality work and holding tight tolerances. Our water jet also makes rapid prototyping possible. Utilizing our water jet, we have made parts for large amusement parks such as Disneyland and Universal Studios. We also do smaller water jet projects producing parts for anything from custom cars and antique airplanes to custom home products.
