Using our combined 30 years experience of working in the utility sector with companies such as Skanska, Morrisons, National Grid, UKPN, Cadent, Docwra, Ferns, Thames and Anglian Water and BT Openreach we have now decided to set up independently as KWD Grab Hire Ltd.

Our company is now providing a grab service not just to the utility sector but also in both the construction and public domain to meet the muck away and backfill needs of our clients and customers. We are able to provide our customers with competitively priced rates and a first class service in everything we undertake.

All our drivers are skilled, very experienced and hold all the relevant certificates and qualifications. All our workforce have full PPE and we hold full Public Liability insurance.

Our lorries have an 8m reach and are capable of holding 16 tonnes (the equivalent capacity of 2 skips). All we require is accessibility and then we can do all the hard work for you by loading and taking away.

We are registered with the Environmental Agency as a waste carrier which enables us to legally carry and dispose of waste at the appropriate waste transfer stations. We are however passionate about recycling and use recycled materials wherever possible and recycle as much as we can. Our future plans include investing in our own recycling plant and machinery to help us achieve our goals.

We are committed to meeting the highest possible safety standards and achieve this with on going training and development within our work force. We work safely or not at all and will never walk by if we see others engaged in unsafe actions.
