The company was established in 2001 by resolutions of the Krasnystaw City Council, Krasnystaw Commune Council and Rejowiec Commune Council. It was established by the Notarial Deed of July 20, 2001. The landfill started operating on October 1, 2001. Its statutory task is to maintain the facility and manage municipal waste from the territory of the partners' communes and the territory of other communes of the Krasnystaw district. In the Provincial Waste Management Plan, the municipal waste landfill facility is listed as the Waste Management Plant in Wincentów.

Maximizing waste recovery, implementing recycling, raising environmental awareness, education, cooperation with municipal and business enterprises, supporting the activities of the county's own municipalities in implementing municipal waste management and introducing selective waste collection. The vision is to transform the landfill facility into a facility that performs tasks such as: recovery, sorting of delivered waste, management and recycling of raw materials, serving the area of ​​the Krasnystaw district.
