KOVOSTEEL Recycling, s.r.o. is the most significant waste processing company in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. The headquarters is located in the town of Staré MÄ›sto in Zlín Region. Its other four business premises are in Hodonín, Veselí nad Moravou, Strážnice and Uherský brod. KOVOSTEEL Recycling, s.r.o. Company was founded in 1998 by Bronislav Janeček and Radomír Bureš as KOVOSTEEL, s.r.o. Company. In 2011 the owners decided to establish a holding company REC Group, s.r.o. and the original name was adjusted to KOVOSTEEL Recycling, s.r.o. There are 10 member companies in whole structure, all of them deal with a processing of some kind of waste material.

KOVOSTEEL Recycling focuses on purchasing, processing and selling ferrous or non-ferrous scrap as well as on management of plastics, glass, paper or dangerous waste. It offers also ecological recyclation of car wreckage and sells some small amount of metallurgical material, especially to local handymen. The plants in Veselí nad Moravou and Hodonín sell also coal or fuel. Our customers are both manufacturing companies and the public. The processed material is delivered to steel mills to be reused here in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.

The company is equipped with modern machines desiged for loading, processing and manipulating with the scrap material. For flexible deliveries it can use a number of MAN-trucks for road delivery, FUCHS-loaders and wagons of Czech railcargo for railway transport.
