Kostenets - XXI AD is located in the town of Kostenets, on an area of ​​137,000 square meters. The company has a well-developed infrastructure, incl. railway terminal and is located about 10 km from the main highway.

KOSTENETS - XXI AD refers to the pulp and paper industry. It includes the production of paper, pulp, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, packaging, cellophane and other products used in everyday life and business. The pulp and paper industry produces about 2.1% of the total industrial production in Bulgaria. It employs about 16,000 people. The industry has a share of 1.3% exports and 3.1% imports to the country. The costs for raw materials are about 60 - 70% of the cost of production, and the share of energy costs is about 20 - 30%. The main part of the enterprises were built in the 70s, as the country satisfies about 80% of its needs for paper, cardboard and cellulose with its own production.

The factory is located in the industrial zone of Kostenets, on the northern bank of the Maritsa River. A railway line forms the company's boundaries from North to East.
