KLEIN RECYCLING was founded in 1947 and is one of the tri-state’s largest privately-owned metal recycling companies. Family owned and operated for over seventy years, we have continued to adapt and evolve growing into what we are today. We lead our industry as a full-service metal processing facility with a robust international trading network.

Our customer base includes many Fortune 500 companies generating trailer-load quantities along with smaller companies requiring specific customized recycling services. All of our customers are treated with the same care and attention.

Through our core business, we have expanded into creating turnkey recycling programs for our customers to remove metal recyclables from their production stream and create profit centers on metal materials generated. We also provide tracking of all materials that we remove for companies that have a growing need to show how they are working to reduce their carbon footprint.
