In 1960 Johann and Karl Stockinger founded a car company as a personal association, which was continued as a sole proprietorship by Johann Stockinger in 1963 .

Sand and gravel extraction was added in 1965 .

In 1967 the company headquarters moved from its original location in Dorf 133 to Steyrerstraße 20 in Seitenstetten Markt.

Johann Stockinger was the owner of the company until 1984; Elfriede Stockinger continued to run the company due to illness .

In 1986 Klaus Stockinger joined the company at the age of 18.

In 1992 Klaus Stockinger took over the company and expanded the transport company to include dike digging.

In 2004 the sole proprietorship became Klaus Stockinger GmbH and Co KG and the operating location was relocated from the center of the village to the Pölla 20 Seitenstetten business park with 2 hectares of operating space.

In 2005, the scope of authorization was expanded to include the operation of a crushing and screening plant .

In 2006, the earthworks license replaced the dike digging.

2011 comes builders Commercial and authorization to waste collectors and waste processors to do so.

In 2014, the company's own “KSK Mauer” gravel pit went into operation.
