At the KIKE Recycling Center you can make discoveries e.g. textiles, books, tableware, baby supplies, home decor and furniture. We accept intact and usable goods as a donation. On weekdays, our pick-up service picks up your goods free of charge from the Hyvinkää area. We also pick up goods from elsewhere for a fee. Ask us about the paid home delivery of the products you have purchased in the Hyvinkää area. You can make transport contracts at the reception or by phone.

In our material market you can find cheap materials for various handicrafts. The recycling center also houses Café Kike, which sells breakfast and soup lunch on weekdays, lunch salads and savory and sweet pastries.

At KIKE Recycling Center, we offer rehabilitative work and work experience places, mainly in the fields of recycling and logistics, as well as trade and customer service. Students can complete on-the-job learning periods related to e.g. environmental, social and business studies.

The objectives of the activity are to develop working life skills and abilities in a weak position in the labor market and to improve the state of the environment through recycling. The purpose of the KIKE Recycling Center is not to generate financial profit, but the income from the sale of recycled goods is used to provide working life services, continuous development of training platforms and recycling activities, as well as information on recycling and environmental education.

Our coaching has a work-oriented approach, and the individual goals of each coach are central to the activities. During the coaching session, our work and individual coaches will help you clarify your own training and employment goals and support you on your path forward.

Our coaching has a work-oriented approach and the individual goals of the participants are central to the activities. During the coaching session, our work and individual coaches will help you clarify your own training and employment goals and support you on your path forward. In group coaching, you get up-to-date information and you can develop your skills. You can influence the topics during the period and you can also share your own special expertise. Desired themes include e.g. have been apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, the introduction of various actors and services in the area, such as debt counseling and a low-threshold service point, emergency first aid and accident prevention, and initial firefighting exercises. In addition to group coaching, the period has the opportunity to participate in peer group activities, such as a language group where Finnish language skills are developed, the Enhanced Job Search Group, which will finalize the job search documents and job search capabilities, and the Peer Support Group, which will discuss e.g. the negative consequences of drug use.
