KIBAG is a leading Swiss company in the building materials and construction sector and was created in 1926 from the merger of two gravel and excavator companies. Today KIBAG owns 13 gravel and 21 concrete works as well as 17 construction companies from the road and civil engineering sector as well as specialties. Several recycling and disposal companies as well as service providers from the leisure sector complete the picture. In total, the company employs around 1,800 people, mainly in the three business areas of building materials, construction services, and the environment and waste disposal.
