Key Capital is a streaming, structured finance, and equity funder of mining projects that through its agreements with its client partners retains an interest in the production of mines containing gold, silver, base metals, or energy products. The Company is a Georgia corporation headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In the natural resource industry, mining companies are typically funded through various traditional institutional resource funding sources. A number of operations have been funded in the past nine years through alternative structured financing by companies established specifically to provide capital using a new business model known as streaming.

However, while the larger mine operators continue to have numerous avenues for funding, junior and emerging mining companies have far fewer funding options.

Having identified this void, the Company seeks to work with these junior mining companies through the acquisition of an interest in their mine production negotiated on a case by case basis. Key Capital then arranges the securitized financing required by these smaller entities to commence or expand production
