Founded over 65 years ago as a container service in northern Germany, we are today a modern service company in the waste management industry. In the entire region between Harz and Heide, we are a competent partner for all disposal issues.

The company premises of Keske Entsorgung GmbH are located in the Veltenhof industrial park in the north-west of Braunschweig. The company operates in the entire region between Harz and Heide. This area extends from Hanover to Magdeburg and from Lüneburg to Goslar.

History

Since 1947 KESKE Disposal GmbH has been active in the areas of collection, transport and marketing of recyclable waste and has since developed from a small container service to a modern, medium-sized service company in the waste management industry. In 1997, KESKE Disposal GmbH became a certified waste management company according to §56 KrWG (recycling law). This made KESKE one of the first certified companies in Germany. Today the company has a leading position in the field of regional competitors.

KESKE Disposal GmbH is involved in NGS (Lower Saxony Society for the Final Disposal of Hazardous Waste). The NGS is the competent monitoring and allocation authority for the disposal and recycling of waste that requires special monitoring.

KESKE Disposal GmbH assumed responsibility for the protection of the environment at an early stage. The company is concerned about the continuous improvement of the environmental compatibility of its services. The differentiated collection and channeling of waste streams - in the sense of the circular economy - will require even better advice and service offers from the waste management industry in the future: KESKE has adapted to this.

Numbers and Facts

The depot, the administration building and a large sorting hall with a sorting system are located on the approximately 30,000 square meter company premises. The delivered waste is transshipped at the connected recycling center and properly recycled. Small deliveries, traders and container services can deliver their separately collected waste here for recycling. In addition to convenient road connections, rail and port connections ensure that materials can be handled quickly.

Around 45 industrial and commercial employees work at KESKE Disposal GmbH. At the beginning of 2008, Erich Keske and Gerhard Keske, who were managing directors of the company, handed over management to Marc Keske and thus initiated the family-internal succession plan. Marc Keske led the company KESKE for 8 years as a managing partner in the sense of a modern, family-run service company in the waste management industry. With the sale to the Rüdebusch company at the beginning of 2016, the KESKE Disposal GmbH was integrated as a subsidiary in the also family-run transport company Rüdebusch.

As a waste disposal company, our customers expect a high level of professional competence and absolute reliability from us. With our certification in accordance with the Ordinance on Waste Management Companies (EfbV), we demonstrate our professionalism to our customers, the authorities and the public.

The certification is based on an annual review by the environmental verifier organization AGIMUS. The independent appraisers check, among other things, the reliability as well as the technical and specialist knowledge of the staff, the organization and equipment of the company and the documentation of waste management activities.
