In addition, our prices are some of the best as we work with all major Deck and Joist supliers, and a variety of fabricators.  KD Steel has been in business since 1988 and has grown steadily since. Last year our growth sales revenue was over 21 million dollars and this year will be even better.  We have multiple crews and have worked almost everywhere in the Western United States, although we concentrate on projects in California, Arizona, and Nevada. In the last few years we’ve completed Targets, Kohl’s, Wal-mart’s, Warehouses, Office Buildings, and the world’s largest Commissary Exchange in Hawaii.

KD Steel crews have erected over 35 million square feet of structural steel projects over the last 18 years. All projects, whether large or small, are given the same attention to detail as we strive to provide a well managed structural steel product delivered on-time to meet the needs of our customers.

Our operations department employs between 30 to 120 structural steel erectors (depending on the project) who have been fully trained in steel erection, adhering to American Welding Society (AWS) and OSHA structural steel standards.  We accept no compromises in any of these areas.     All our erectors and the management hold the necessary documentation to satisfy the current stringent contract requirements.     Our erectors have a vast amount of experience erecting structural steel, miscellaneous steel, girders and joists, and decking.  Our erection teams are reinforced with the necessary tools for the trade and have handled projects as large as 500,000 square feet.  KD Steel provides experienced Site Superintendents and lead men to oversee the erection processes and make critical jobsite decisions.
