Meet Tom Larson

Tom Larson relieves your burden of accumulation and makes your life easier with fast, efficient, friendly services that dissolve stress and leave a satisfying feeling of accomplishment.

He got his start as a college freshman while sharing his strong back and handy pickup with his uncle. Word got out, and soon friends and neighbors were keeping Tom busy hauling clutter out of their lives. A Central Connecticut State University entrepreneurship major at the time, he quips that his professor had to give him an “A” because he launched a successful business!

An antiques enthusiast, Tom appreciates the importance of finding a second life for folks’ unwanted items; plus clients like knowing their old belongings aren’t being wasted. For these reasons, everything Just Dump It hauls is sorted. Donations are made to organizations like Goodwill, the Salvation Army, and Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore. Other items are recycled and yard waste is composted. In this way, Tom minimizes his clients’ impact on landfills and protects the health of our planet.

Tom also gives back to his community by donating his time, crew, and truck to worthy causes such as Autism Speaks and Habitat for Humanity fundraisers. He says, “It’s important to help people out.”

Just Dump It has been an associate member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) CT Chapter for over 8 years. Tom is also a member of the New Haven & Middlesex Association of Realtors, Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Eastern Connecticut, and the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors.
