Julianahaven Recycling collects materials for reuse and has a storage and transhipment site with debris crusher. Our location is located near the A16 (Dordrecht) and accessible to shipping, we fulfill a regional function.
We collect various types and sizes of rubble in order to subsequently process it into reusable and tradable material. In addition to broken rubble, we also supply sand and other types of aggregates for road and hydraulic engineering. We guarantee a fast turnaround time by using digital receipts and pneumatic post.
The production process is regularly checked by an authorized body on behalf of the KOMO Foundation, whereby the materials are supplied under KOMO certificate. In addition to the broken rubble, Julianahaven supplies sand and other types of aggregates for road and hydraulic engineering.
The use of rubble granulates as a foundation under roads, for filling river banks and as a basic material for asphalt and concrete has been known for a long time. The aggregates are made from material from the demolition of roads and buildings.
Sustainable
By correctly separating the materials in advance, storing them and subsequently breaking them into the desired fraction, products are created that are reusable and no longer form waste. Julianahaven produces these types of aggregates and thus contributes not to unnecessarily burden the environment. Concrete, rubble and asphalt chunks are collected and then processed into a granulate that can be reused and does not have to be dumped as waste.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
In addition to profitability, quality, working conditions and the environment are the main focus areas of corporate policy. Our procedures and work instructions are laid down in our KAM manual. The activities of our employees are aimed at continuously improving quality, working conditions and the environment for us and our environment.
Quality
We supply all our products under the relevant product certificate or proof of origin. Our recycled granulate for the application of pavement layers in road construction is supplied under KOMO ® Product Certificate. Our own laboratory provides sampling and inspections and takes place in accordance with BRL 2506. The environmental hygiene inspections meet the requirements set in the Soil Quality Decree.
You can request the certificates from us.
Arbo
Julianahaven pursues a structural health and safety policy that is based on our objectives. In order to be able to implement this policy effectively, all possible hazards within the organization are identified and evaluated. This risk inventory and evaluation not only provides a description of all possible hazards found, but also indicates which measures must be taken to eliminate or limit these potential hazards.
Environment
Recycling rubble and asphalt into secondary building materials reduces the need for primary building materials. This reduces damage to nature and the environment at extraction sites and limits future shortages. Less debris also needs to be dumped, which benefits nature and the environment. The secondary building materials produced by Julianahaven make an important contribution to current environmental policy.
