The paper mill was built in 1809. During its long history, the factory has undergone many different transformations and reorganizations. In 1995, the Albertin enterprise was transformed into an open joint-stock company Slonim Cardboard and Paper Mill Albertin.

There are several workshops in the production: cardboard production, paper production, sanitary and hygienic paper production, a number of auxiliary workshops.

The plant's products are sold in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Armenia, Poland, Germany. The share of export deliveries in the volume of manufactured goods is more than 50%.
