Founding of the sole proprietorship by Josef Küttel senior

1986

Conversion of the sole proprietorship into Josef Küttel AG

1992

Relocation from Vitznau to Weggis. Takeover of the existing concrete plant on Röhrlistrasse

2006

Sale of the concrete plant to Risi AG, Baar and at the same time founding of Küttel Beton AG.

2009/10

Construction of a new truck and workshop hall on Weiherstrasse

2010

Acquisition of Camenzind Baggerbetrieb AG, Gersau

2010

Outsourcing of the transport business to Küttel Logistik AG

2010/11

New construction of the disposal hall and the concrete plant

2012

Renaming of Küttel Transporte GmbH, founded in 2005, to Küttel Service GmbH.

2012

Renaming of Josef Küttel AG to Josef Küttel Immobilien- + Beteiligungs- AG with implementation of the existing real estate portfolio.

Establishment of Josef Küttel AG.

2017

Due to restructuring measures by JURA Materials, to which Risi AG belongs, the existing concrete plant is being dismantled. Subsequently, the Küttel Beton AG was liquidated.

2017

Due to the existing demand for concrete in the region, Küttel Logistik AG decided to build an independent concrete plant on site.

2018

Purchase of a Kobelcos SK 350

2018

Co-founding and financial participation in the company ROWAG Wasserbau + Kanaltechnik AG.

2020
