Since the early 1990s, John Lawrie Tubulars has traded in all types of steel tubulars. From its headquarters in Aberdeen, Scotland and Houston, USA, the group purchases and supplies new and used tubing, casing, octg, drill pipe, drill collars and related products.

The arrangement of the group also provides clients with the necessary technical and logistical support.

It is close to Montrose harbour from where processed scrap is shipped to steelmills for recycling. As well as serving the scrap industry, the site trades in the purchase and sale of new and reusable steel and tubulars, and holds extensive stocks of tubulars, sections and plate. Industries served include the Piling market, agricultural, fabrication, structural and civil engineering throughout the UK, Europe and to international markets.
