History

JJD is one of the world’s leading global suppliers of high quality castings and machining of nonferrous metal products.

JJD was established in 1983. We only produced tool and die at first, then built the production line of zinc die casting and aluminum die casting. In 2004 we built a 22,000 square feet plant in XiaMen China, and increased one production line of aluminum gravity casting, one production line of bronze sand casting and one production line of CNC precision machining. In order to enhance our product quality, we introduce the vacuum technique in the die casting in 2006. At the same time, our products were recognized and certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001, and we built offices in Canada and USA.

In order to focus on the customers’ request in deed, we import the Six Sigma management philosophy. Our management philosophy is to minimize costs, save resources, reduce risk, and improve customers’ satisfaction.
