Our main warehouse is in the center of North Carolina in a town called Asheboro and is over 500,000 square feet.

We are family owned by the Schwarz family. This family run company also owns the largest property management company in North Carolina.With over 20 million square feet of warehouse space and not to mention our retail and residential holdings across North Carolina, South Carolina and lower Virginia.

We currently have contracts with both retailers and manufacturers to dispose of recyclables, returns and broken cases of various quality merchandise.
