HISTORY

Started as Judy’s Iron and Metal, Inc. in 2006, J-3 Metals has grown from a small business, nestled on a one-acre plot of land, to a thriving two-site company that services customers throughout Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

In addition to our 22-acre location in North Vidor, J-3 Metals began operations in DeRidder, Louisiana in 2010. Our 16-acre facility in Vernon Parish is equipped to handle all types of customers, including individual, industrial and commercial.

The business has shown significant growth in every year of its existence and the future looks bright as J-3 Metals strives to lead the way in the metals recycling industry.

SERVICES:

J-3 Metals buys a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Carbon and stainless steel, along with copper, brass and aluminum are just some of the metals we purchase on a daily basis. J-3 Metals also uses on-site tools to identify and grade various types of alloys and other exotic metals.
