In 1996, Michael Loggins founded our company, Interstate Contract Cleaning Services, in Charlotte, North Carolina with the goal of becoming a trusted source for office cleaning, industrial cleaning, medical cleaning, and other commercial cleaning services. It was Michael’s belief that a family-owned business that paid attention to the details and provided quality service, superior customer service, and competitive pricing would be embraced by the commercial community.

He was right, and today we employ more than 1,500 individuals companywide while staying true to our mission of building relationships through superior service to enhance their operation. From our standard commercial cleaning services to our special services, we currently handle roughly 26 million square feet of commercial cleaning space throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Virginia.

We are active in a variety of industry organizations, including ISSA, IREM, IFMA, BOMA, USGBC. In addition, we are CIMS-GB certified with honors, so we can assist you with pursuing LEED certification. Our green cleaning standards are in accordance with USGBC LEED v4.
