Jim Peplinski - CTO
Jim led a creative engine for 11 years, prior to founding Innovative Solar Inc. He was behind all solar concepts and designs including a complete portfolio of Balance Of System products resulting in US patent (8687848 B2) at a Solar/EMS manufacturer. Jim completed and delivered over 100 semi-conductor equipment designs and products supporting demanding tier 1 customer requirements.

Robert Bennett - CEO

Prior to Innovative Solar, Rob ran operations for 5 years at a leading Solar  concepts and design manufacturer and has over 20 years of experience holding key leadership positions in marketing, operations, sales, business development  and engineering supporting OEM and EMS industries.
