Innotec is the nationwide market leader in waste management. Building on the classic management of advice, re-sorting and cleaning, we have been successfully operating consumption-based waste systems for over a decade. A clean living environment, cost savings through performance Contracting, resource protection and CO2 savings are measurable effects in which everyone can participate. At the moment, almost 450 employees in around 230 German cities and municipalities look after over 700,000 households, of which over 80,000 alone dispose of their residual waste via garbage sluices in a manner that is appropriate to the polluter.

The operating costs of real estate have become an increasing burden in recent years, accounting for around 40% of the total rent. The reason for this is the persistently high rate of increase of almost all types of costs, including waste disposal. We support our customers long-term in the resource-saving and cost-optimized operation of residential and commercial properties.

A sustainable reduction in operating costs in the sense of fulfilling the economic efficiency principle is a central concern of the housing industry. Our concepts guarantee our customers full apportionability, which has been confirmed in several tenancy law proceedings over the past 13 years. The number 1 cost drivers in waste disposal are residual waste and incorrectly filled recycling bins in residential complexes. Even after years of the statutory obligation to separate waste, the money is practically in the bin due to poor implementation. Our task is to offer you sustainable concepts for optimal inventory management and to implement them for you on site.

Milestones

Since the first inventory was taken over by conventional waste management in Kiel in 1996, the company's range of services has continued to develop. Innotec orients itself towards the economic requirements as well as the individual requirements of its customers and, as a result, equipped the first residential complexes with garbage locks in 2002 and converted them into a waste management system that is appropriate to the polluter.

We have committed ourselves in the company to social and occupational health and safety standards that go far beyond what is customary in the industry.
