InSITE, formerly called InHouse Commercial Recyclers, was created in 1986 as a commercial paper recycler.  The emphasis was on customer service and making recycling easy.  Through the years, in response to customer needs, the company added other materials to the list that they would handle. These materials included hard-to-handle items like Styrofoam (EPS), plastics, e-waste, and universal waste.  In the late 90’s the company added document destruction to the list, and about 10 years ago, added mobile shredding.In 2014, the company restructured and renamed itself.  InSITE is committed to the original vision of InHouse:  easy, inexpensive, and complete recycling and disposal services.  Nothing has changed except for our brighter outlook; we are constantly striving to offer new services that prove to be valuable to our customers.  We tried to capture that in our new name.We want customers to stay with us because they are happy with our service - not because they are locked into an "airtight" contract. This means that you can try us out for awhile if you'd like. We just require a 30-day notice to terminate a program.Most accounts choose to have us service all of their containers, even the recycling, from inside of their building. There is no need to use a janitorial staff for the collection of recyclables, and there's no need to create room in a dumpster area to store large bins. All documents, even non-confidential ones, are kept inside of the building, and are not stored outside where they are accessible to anyone.No matter how complicated your building layout, you only need to show it to us once. Then, we'll take it from there. You will always have the same service representative, and you will have his cell number to call him at any time. Any issues will be addressed immediately.Of course, in case you were wondering, we provide service for outside containers as well. Containers are supplied free. And, we do this for less than most conventional programs.
