Inferro iron and steel casting metal recycling joint stock company started its activities in the 1950s in an area of ​​200m² in Kayseri Old Industrial Zone.

The first machine park started with a manual metal working machine, which was manufactured with limited opportunities with the technology of the period in this field. In 1982, it moved to the Central Industrial Zone and expanded its activities in an area of ​​800 m² and became one of the metal suppliers in Turkey. In the same year, the first R&D studies in metal processing branches were started. In 1986, our R&D studies yielded results and we designed and produced our first technological machine and brought the on-board industrial metal loading machine to our structure. With this step, we broke a new ground in Turkey.

As the metal supply network in Turkey reached an important place in 1994, the capacity was increased by moving to the modern 7000m² facility built in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone in line with the demands. By starting the first imported technology investment. In this context, we added a fully automatic metal baling machine from Italy (Vezzani SPA) and a 5-ton magnetic overhead crane from Finland (Kone) to our machine park. In this way, a monthly metal processing capacity of 500t – 600t was reached between 1994-2000.

2001 Fully automatic, high tech, high capacity and fast metal processing machine was imported from Germany (Leimbach), and its monthly processing capacity was 2000t-2500t. Another branch of activity of our enterprise is the marketing and sale of the final products of the enterprises that we have worked with in the supply of raw materials. In this context, our operating capacity has increased over the years and reached a folded 3000t monthly capacity.

By 2010, our company added imports to its business lines and started marketing and selling processed and unprocessed raw material metal and ferro and nonferro finished products.

Inferro A.Ş., which will start a new branch of activity in 2019 with government incentives. It will continue to make an impact in Turkey with its capacity and products.
