From its roots as a family-owned business in 1972, Indianhead Construction, Inc (ICI), first started constructing buildings and "Building Trust" with their clients. ICI remains a value-orientated, family-owned customer focused company today. Celebrating our 40th Anniversary in 2011, we are still building trust with every client on very project. While our business has grown from its humble beginnings as primarily a residential contractor, the values that formed our business in 1972 have remained constant and grown stronger over those many years as well.

Today, ICI is a medium-sized, multi-faceted, professional construction services company that provides Construction Management, Design/Build, and Negotiated and Bid General Constructing to a wide variety of governmental and private clients in the USA. Our work covers all sizes and types of projects. A division within the Company specializes in the design and construction of veterinary hospitals nationwide. This provides ICI with a wealth of experience in doing business throughout the 48 states.

Starting in 1972 as are residential contractor ICI matured to a medium size contractor and Construction Management firm. Our work covers all sizes and types of projects from basic preventive maintenance and repairs on existing buildings to the most complex and challenging multi-million dollar construction projects.

In our more than 30 years of experience in project management and jobsite supervision, we have constructed every type of project imaginable, from office buildings and casinos to industrial facilities and retail centers. Our strong relationships with subcontractors provides our superintendents with a core of experienced craftspeople.

Design/Build

As design-builders, we provide a single-source delivery system for both design and construction services. We select and manage the design team best suited for a project's specific needs, and we maintain an active role in design development, controlling costs and schedules. Our comprehensive services during pre-construction and construction assure the project's timely, on-budget completion.

Construction Management

Our construction management approach focuses on vigorously controlling project time, cost, quality, and scope. Throughout a project's pre-construction and construction phases, our integrated project management system immediately and accurately assesses the project status to minimize the owner's risk. Our goal is to manage and protect our clients' interests.
