IDI was created in 1980 by Mike Gilbert and Stu Johnson to market intermodal and over-the-road services. We steadily grew that business over the years and then added a regional truck fleet to expand our service offerings.

Today, IDI is a leading freight forwarding company with more than 80 employees. Even with our growth, we are the same family owned and run business we have been for more than 30 years.
