Impresa Freddi operates in the sector of civil and industrial demolition, excavations and waste transport, in the province of Pavia

The history of the Freddi Company was born in the early 1930s from the entrepreneurial tenacity of Mr. Giuseppe Freddi known as “the Duke”. At the time, to make a complete load of gravel and sand it was necessary to employ over 15 hours of work, and then transport the barge using donkeys. It was from the 1960s that we witnessed the advent of the first cable excavators in capable of saving workers time and effort.

In this way, the company sees a continuous growth of its business, also due to further innovations which from the 70s to today contribute to determining its success.

From the adoption of a screening plant on the Ticino to the transfer of activities to the Po, from the expansion of the sectors of intervention (including excavation and demolition activities, transport for third parties and recycling of demolition waste) to the opening of the new plant Pavia, the evolution of the Freddi Company has been constant and of strategic importance.
