Imperial metal spinning is primarily a hand-spinning and job-shop operation company, employing a full staff of highly-skilled craftsmen and true metal spinning professionals. Most of our spinners have been with us for many years, including some with more than 30 years on the job. Over that time, our team members have risen to an unprecedented level of experience and skill. We strongly believe this is the driving force behind our company's success.

We pride ourselves on our versatility when it comes to the number of ways in which we can help our customers. Not only do we produce top quality spun metal products and parts, but we are also able to help with product engineering by suggesting alternative construction materials and methods, as well as assisting in other ways to help reduce costs for our customers. Also, if, for any reason, we can't produce the parts you need in a cost-effective manner, or if they are simply out of the scope of our capabilities, we will be happy to suggest a viable alternative. With that being said, we always strive for excellence while operating within our parameters and will pit our expertise and production capabilities against any of our competitors.

In the shop, our two main goals are zero defects and minimal scrap. We are very consistent in achieving these goals. However, you can rest assured that if a problem should a problem arise, we will immediately rectify it to your complete satisfaction.

We have found our niche to be in prototype creation through medium-sized runs (normally up to several thousand pieces). Normal tolerances are +/- .030 for typical shapes, but often we are able to accommodate customers' requests to hold even tighter tolerances.

We make almost all of our spin-tooling in-house, which allows for a very fast turnaround. We also stock a wide variety of raw materials which helps speed up production rates. Our large shearing department is able to quote and complete squaring, circling, and rings quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal down-time for your business.
