The company vehicle belonging to ILFER Processing Industry Ferro SpA is a company specialized in the field of recovery and preparation for the scrap recycling of iron , steel carbon, stainless and other non-ferrous metals and plays a primary role in its field of business.

The company has relations exclusively with commercial operators with a VAT number.

FOUNDATION (1973) Its constitution dates back to 1973 .

It was born as a service yard for the processing of slabs of the companies of the Finsider group (IRI), the greatest exponent of the Italian steel sector until 1988.

The founding partner Niselli Antonio has been an agent since the 1950s in the purchase of scrap for the Terni Società per l'Industria e Elettricità first and then for Terni Acciai Speciali SpA.

The property has always been 100% owned by the Niselli family, already present at the time with another company in the sector of the processing of reinforcing bars.

Ilfer SpA, operating in the sector of recovery and preparation for the recycling of scrap iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals, is fully aware that a responsible economic strategy , also aimed at environmental issues , is essential for the own success and for that of its customers.

The company intends to:

ensure that its activities are carried out in compliance with the compliance obligations and applicable requirements envisaged;

periodically assess the risks, both strategic and operational, connected to the activities carried out and the opportunities for improvement that may arise, both in terms of services rendered to the customer and operational efficiency and environmental protection;

identify objectives and actions, to be integrated with company development programs, to limit the most significant risks; increase the awareness of internal staff by improving communication and information sharing;

increase plant efficiency both in terms of operational and energy performance;

introduce increasingly advanced control systems for performance indicators;

minimize the production of waste, favoring its recovery, where possible and economically sustainable;

widen the dialogue with interested parties, providing adequate information on the methods of use and disposal of waste and on the services provided in this regard;

give preference to those suppliers who adopt clean technologies and operate according to environmental and quality management systems;

keep active, through monitoring and continuous improvement, the integrated management system in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 standards and with the Regulations (EU) no.333 / 2011 and no.715 / 2013 on the quality of scrap metal and copper;

supply products obtained through waste recovery and treatment operations that comply with the criteria established by European regulations and in any case according to environmental quality criteria;

provide products and services that always meet the contractually required requirements and, where possible, the needs and expectations of customers, even if not expressed;

implement every organizational, operational and technological effort to prevent all forms of pollution by controlling and managing discharges, emissions and waste, thanks to the plants specifically present in the company;

promote the involvement of all company personnel, and of external personnel who work on our behalf, in environmental and safety / health arguments;

communicate, disseminate and promote this policy within the organization and to all interested parties, through appropriate methods of awareness and motivation that make the objectives and programs shared.
