Scott and Penny Nirider worked for many years in the manufacturing and metal fabrication industry before the economy slowed to a snail’s pace in 2009. Penny had already been laid off from her job and Scott’s company was moving toward total liquidation. They considered their combined experience and what they would have done differently had the companies they worked for been their own. 

They prayed through the entire process and overcame many obstacles by daily placing their company "In God's Hands." They decided that continually putting things "In God's Hands" needed to be the highest priority of the business - so they called thier company "IGH" Steel Fabrication, Inc.

Scott and Penny decided that thier business model would be to offer a fair price, using the best products, while keeping equipment and employee skills current, and making on-time delivery the highest priority - while being the best Christian example they could be. Their goal is to be a blessing to their employees, customers, vendors and community.

Scott & Penny have two sons, John and Jim who are key to the success of IGH Steel. The Niriders enjoy golf, fishing and spending time with family.
