i-controls is a joint venture between Pacific Research Solutions and Spears Design and Consulting Inc.. Over the past twenty years we have developed a number of RO controls for various OEM's including the first microprocessor based RO controller in 1988. (US Patent #5503735)
In addition to RO control systems we have jointly and separately developed electronics for industrial UV water treatment systems, vending machines, communications, sporting goods manufacturers, ham radio, vehicle recovery and many other applications. On the hardware side, we've designed a wide variety of RO systems for various OEM's, chemical mixing systems, membrane based systems (UF and Nano) for aqueous waste treatment and even an advanced residential onsite waste treatment system (complete with remote monitoring via the internet) (US Patent #6139744). In other words, we've been around the block a couple of times, and learned a lot on the way.
The ROC-2 provides high-end RO control features in a compact, economical package. The ROC-2 provides reliability, build quality and control sophistication not found in other entry level RO controls.
