Hunter Wire Limited is a family owned, Winnipeg based custom manufacturer of metal and steel wire products. We are part of The Hunter Group which operates out of 4 separate locations in and around Winnipeg from a total of almost 60,000 square feet of office, production and warehouse space. Our capabilities include wire forming, tube and sheet metal fabrication, contract welding and assembly, iron work, metal finishing and polishing, custom powder coating, an in-house tool and die shop, and a design and drafting department.

Founded in 1945 as a small two man operation that made items such as sock dryers (ask your parents) and trap springs, we have grown to almost 60 employees producing parts for industry leading companies such as John Deere,  Motor Coach Industries and Macdon.

For over 65 years we have worked hard to establish and maintain a reputation for quality, flexibility and responsiveness. Today, we are an aggressively growing company with world class capabilities.  We take pride in consistently producing products that exceed expectations.
