As a welder, Bob built the company initially focused on his skills. He began by hiring a few other welders, some of which remain with the company today. Quickly, the company grew and Bob expanded into machining and fabrication, hiring more employees as well as his eldest son, Michael joining the business. Not too soon after, Bob’s second eldest son, Hank (Richard), joined the team followed by his youngest son, Bob Jr., and later adding his grandson, Jason. Together, the family has worked to produce quality products and services. The company continues expanding, adding new equipment and new employees, to provide superior service and more options to our customers.     The business has been able to grow because they have surrounded themselves with the highest quality employees that come to work each day with a desire to fulfill our customer’s needs and help solve our customer’s problems. Today, Huffman Welding  continues to be family owned and ran by Michael, Hank, Bob Jr. and Jason who keep this mentality alive and thriving
