Howell House Clearance, Chichester, was established by retired Metropolitan Police officer, Malcolm Howell, in 1998. Relocating to Chichester after his retirement from the service, Malcolm sought to set up a house clearance company that would be reliable and efficient and would offer a compassionate, empathetic approach with expert advice on offer when required. And this is exactly what he did.
Howell House Clearance can clear any type of property and offer full and part clearances and other services relating to the often difficult task of disposing of a relative’s or friend’s possessions.
In addition, after clearing a property we hoover and sweep throughout, leaving it presentable for marketing or the new occupants. We can also hold keys and act as a link with estate agents when clients do not live close by. Our expert advice includes being able to recommend reliable and trustworthy painters and decorators, builders and other skilled tradesmen and women, carpet suppliers and fitters as well as surveyors, agents and solicitors.
In a property there will always be items of value and they will either be purchased or their value honestly assessed and that can be deducted from the cost of your house clearance. We recycle as much as possible and have close links with our local communities, supporting the parishes of Aldingbourne, Barnham and Eastergate, as well as local schools and charities.
