The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming was founded by a group of concerned parents who established a preschool class for children with developmental disabilities in 1962. It was from this class that all other programs of The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming came to be, as a growing group of parents envisioned the next steps for their children. Where would they work and live?  What supports could help them thrive within in the community?  Today, The Arc serves 900 individuals of all ages and abilities annually through its Residential, Vocational and Habilitation Services, Transportation, Service Coordination and Children’s Services programs.  The Hilltop Industries program was established in 1974 to create jobs for people with disabilties, and we have experienced exponential growth throughout our 40-year history.
