John Riddle is as local as it gets. At 37 years old, he has lived in Dripping Springs all 37 years. As the owner of Hill Country Onsite Inc., he is a firm believer in doing things right the first time.

Hill Country Onsite provides the best quality work in the septic business. With a long list of custom home builders, they not only do their job to please builders, but also their clients. They have been in the business for 2 years and Riddle has 6 years of experience. Previously, Riddle worked at LCRA for 10 years building substations, installing metal structures, installing big 138-345 Kv transformers and breakers. Eventually, he started his own water delivery business hauling water to rainwater collection tanks for 6 years. Transitioning to septic, Riddle started helping a good friend, who became his mentor, install septics. His mentor had been in business for around 20+ years. Moving forward, Riddle founded Hill Country Onsite; he did so with 2 employees - himself and Leo Castillo, who is bilingual.

The best thing John takes home everyday from work is knowing that the quality of work they performed will last a lifetime. And it was done well above standards and the homeowner or client is happy. Part of what helps them achieve excellence is that safety is Hill Country Onsite’s number one goal not only for themselves but for everybody.
