High Energy Inc. was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Denver, Colorado with offices in Colorado, California, Oregon, and Texas.We perform studies, design and analysis, and construction support for electric power systems through 500kV.  Our expertise includes electrical engineering, civil structural engineering, and construction inspection.  We also have teaming arrangements with partners who provide complementary expertise in geotechnical testing, environmental and cultural assessments, permitting, and ROW.In May of 2003, HEI received a nationwide certification as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), and that same year was recognized by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council - Western Division as a Service Provider of the Year in the small business class.
