Custom Design and Jewelry Repair   The custom design and jewelry repair department is headed by Hovik Shakarian who trained with his family, learning the Old-World style of making jewelry by hand; starting as a young man he has over 35 years experience in working with platinum and gold. He is also in charge of all the jewelry repairs, including sizing, chain soldering, resetting and prong evaluation.
