These programs enable Heartland to maintain a 95+% on-time rating.  Heartland utilizes several manufacturing processes including: cold and warm heading, thread rolling, centerless grinding, fillet rolling, and drilling. Specializing in NAS, NA, AN, MS, BACS and ST3M bolts and screws, we are able to produce parts using cold, warm and hot forging in diameters ranging from .090” to 1.50” and lengths up to 18”. Our available materials include Titanium, Alloy steels, 8740, Cres - A286, 300 Series Stainless, and PH13-8MO, Inconel, Waspalloy and other exotics.   Heartland’s premiere quality control process and state-of-the-art shop scheduling allow us to provide all of our customers with the latest advances in aerospace fasteners. A real-time statistical process control program is applied to all key manufacturing processes.
