Hayata’s corrosion-resistant stainless steel cable ties and stainless steel banding are designed for quick installation and long service life in harsh environments. We were the first company to offer 360° coating on these products as well as cut-to-length banding with welded buckles for faster installation.

Installation Tooling

Hayata is always focused on improving job-site productivity and installer efficiency. We were the first to design a battery-powered stainless steel banding tool (BTX6000) and cable tie tool . Our manual installation tools are lightweight and feature easy one-hand operation designed to reduce installer fatigue.  New versions of these are to launch in March 2015.

Tagging Operations

Our high-volume SmartTag® 2500 2D embossing machine outputs up to 450 standard or 120 bar code tags per hour. For lower volume operations and for greater convenience, a 24-hour tag output services for companies wishing to outsource. Hayata primarily serves our North American and international customers from our headquarters and manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas. Because of our commitment to improve our product lines and service, we’ve made it easier for our customers to receive deliveries in the Asia-Pacific region through our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Singapore. This facility, which opened in 2010, helps expedite deliveries to customers in this rapidly growing area of the world.
