Recycling

The history of plastics began in the last third of the previous century. In the meantime, plastics have been developed into an "intelligent material" that protects energy and raw material sources and has found its way into all areas of our lives.

Our daily environment would no longer be imaginable without this material.

In our modern recycling facilities, we quickly and reliably transform your production waste and rejects into high-quality products that you can use 100% again.

The recycling circle begins in our factory in Neulehe. Here we grind rejects and sprues into high-quality regrind.

We would be happy to buy your production waste and sprues or reprocess them - exactly according to your wishes - in contract grinding and contract granulation.

Production

Start-up sprues and incorrect productions from plastic production can - provided that they have been properly prepared - be reused as a plastic regrind in many manufacturing processes.

You can also rely on us for the production of plastic regrind: We only process the material at our location in Neulehe.

Incoming faulty productions are clearly declared there so that there is no confusion and you can reliably get your own raw materials back as plastic regrind. Then we sift through and clean the material.

Our expert staff dismantle metals, foams and other foreign substances before the metal separator removes loose metals. The grinding takes place in grain sizes according to your wishes from 6 mm to 12 mm.

Raw materials for the plastics industry are valuable - plastic recycling supports you in using these valuable raw materials in an optimal way.

We take over production rejects from overproductions, start-up processes or incorrect batches as well as returns.
We also deal with plastics that are particularly demanding in terms of grinding, such as composite materials. As part of plastic recycling, we design precisely defined, quality-assured preparation processes for cleaning, sorting and separating.
In the next step of plastic recycling, we produce regrind in defined grain sizes. Depending on requirements, you can take the regrind back into your production at this point.
