Hadfield Wood Recyclers is one of the oldest wood recycling companies in the UK and a founder of the Wood Recyclers Association, the industry’s trade association. With more than 30 years experience in the industry, our award-winning business has gained an enviable reputation for service and quality.

 We specialise in recycling waste wood to produce a range of products including easibed equine bedding,easichick poultry bedding and easicattle, a cattle bedding. We also recycle wood into panel board, arena surfaces, play area surfaces and filter beds.

We were the first wood recycler to enter into large-scale biomass in the UK and the first to sign a long-term contract with a large domestic biomass station. We are now a leading player in the UK’s biomass market, both large and small scale. 

 In 2009 we secured one of the UK’s largest waste wood contracts: a five-year contract with Viridor, on behalf of the Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority.

 We work across the UK with local authorities, waste management companies, construction and demolition firms, skip companies – in fact anyone, big or small - with waste wood to dispose of.
