G.W. Metal Products, Inc. is a sheet metal contracting company that specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. G.W. Metal Products, Inc. has expansive experience in areas such as condominium and apartment complexes, tract housing, and large rooftop system implementation. G.W. also has proven knowledge and experience in various types of LEED and Energy Star projects. In addition to new construction, G.W. has the ability to consult with mechanical and general contractors on the design and implementation of existing systems for retrofit purposes. These systems could include anything from conventional supply and return systems with outside air needs, to full building exhaust systems, and stair-pressurization systems. G.W. Metal Products is a Union shop and a proud member of Local Union #19 out of Philadelphia, PA. Located in Delaware County, G.W. performs work in Philadelphia and it's surrounding counties, and expands into the entire Tri-state area.

HISTORY

G.W. Metal Products, Inc. is named after the family's first sheet metal worker, George Washington Master. G.W. Metals was born when James G. McQuade, a union sheet metal worker, decided to set out and work for himself. After a few years, Jim partnered up with his uncle, Robert Master, Sr. , who was also a skilled union sheet metal worker. Together they built one of the most formidable and reliable sheet metal contracting companies in the Philadelphia area. When Bob Sr. decided to retire, his son, Robert Master, Jr., became partner with James. The company continued to thrive through the 1990's and into the 21st century. After nearly 40 years of work, James McQuade retired from the business. His son, Ryan McQuade, became a partner with Robert, Jr. Along with their cousin, Paul McQuade, Bob and Ryan have have carried the torch of hard work ethic, strong family values, and the utmost emphasis on product quality and customer satisfaction.
