Woodlands Contracting Group, Inc. dba/Gulf Star Roofing and Sheetmetal began in The Woodlands, TX with the boom of new housing construction in that area. We worked with local home builders who were looking for quality workmanship for upper class dwellings. Over time the demand for roofing grew to commercial applications of built-up, single-ply, tile and metal. Twenty-five years ago our office was more centrally re-located at 1613 Elmview Drive, Houston, TX 77080. During that time we have added additional departments, computerized state of the art sheet metal shop, warehousing for a fleet of trucks, tools and equipment. We perform work in and around Houston, Bryan, College Station, Huntsville, Beaumont, Galveston areas.
