Curbside Glass recycling pickup in Tacoma

In early 2021, the City of Tacoma eliminated curbside Glass recycling pickup. With that, the community had to regularly go out of their way to drop off their glass or take the easy route of simply throwing their glass into the trash. We hope to provide a convenient, affordable service that people in and around Tacoma have been waiting too long for.

We are starting with the zip codes 98403, 98405, 98406, 98407, 98409, 98465 and 98466. Hopefully we soon will be able to expand to the rest of Tacoma and Pierce County!

Community

It’s all about this Tacoma community and making it better. A portion of our proceeds will go to artists and youth sports, two things we find so important. If you are an artist or involved with a youth sports program and would like to collaborate, please email us.

Convenience

Making Glass recycling easy again! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been in a home where someone holds up a bottle and says “do you recycle?” With the response being a shrug and something about it not being offered here. With the drop center’s inconvenience, to some people that is what it means. We are offering that convenience, again!

Sustainability

Recycling your Glass conserves landfill space, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, saves energy and reduces both air and water pollution. By recycling Glass less new glass needs to be manufactured meaning less resources and raw materials are needed.
