Grissman Land Management LLC is a family-owned and operated business based in Kaukauna, WI serving Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh and surrounding areas.
While our focus is to provide full-service dumpster rentals, we continue to offer tractor work including food plots, tilling, light grading, hunting land improvement and more.

Owners Joel and Jordan founded Grissman Land Management with our first purchase of a Kubota tractor, implements and a dump trailer in 2021.
A few months into business we expanded into dumpster rental services - adding our first hook-lift truck and a fleet of 20-yard containers.
Since then we have added grown to 80+ 20-yard containers - serving dozens of contractors and businesses and hundreds of homeowners in the Fox Valley.

We leverage decades of Customer Service and Transportation Management experience to deliver excellent service and competitive prices to our customers.
Providing one size container allows us to be extremely efficient and deliver more value than our competitors. We often hear that our 20-yard offering costs less than our competitor 10 and 15 yard containers. That’s music to our ears - we want to earn your business!
