Greyline is a worldwide leader in ultrasonic instrumentation for industrial and environmental markets. We develop, manufacture and market industrial flow and level monitoring instruments including ultrasonic level transmitters, flow meters and open channel flow meters.
Greyline’s primary market is environmental - especially water and wastewater treatment systems. Customers include industry and municipalities.
Modern research facilities at Greyline include closed pipe and open channel flow systems. With years of steady growth, Greyline products are sold and supported worldwide.
The DFM 5.1 Doppler Flow Meter measures flow from the outside of metal or plastic pipes. This instrument is designed for “difficult” liquids like wastewater, sludge, slurries, abrasives or any liquid with bubbles or suspended solids. Calibration and start-up is simple with the built-in 5-button keypad.
Doppler and Transit Time are two very popular types of flow meter for non-invasive measurement of flow in full pipes. We can confuse these technologies because they are both ultrasonic and both measure flow by using sensors clamped onto the outside of a pipe. Success in your application depends on understanding the differences and making the right choice.
Looking for product lines? Greyline partners with independent sales representatives worldwide. We appoint and train agents with complimentary instrumentation products and with experience in water, wastewater and industry.
