GreenHunter Energy is a diversified development-stage energy company with projects in the biomass renewable energy sector and in the water resource management sector of the oil and natural gas industry.  Management has identified a significant unmet need and market opportunity in the area of clean water management as it relates to unconventional resource plays in the energy industry.  We hope to announce soon those steps we have taken to become an active participant in this evolving industry.  This will likely include salt water disposal wells, water purification facilities, mobile water treatment technologies, advanced logistics and asset tracking services, field equipment rental, etc., all of which will be directed to the upstream oil and gas business where our management team has substantial experience.
