Green Day provides permanent and temporary waste collection services to residential, industrial and commercial customers using a large selection of front-end loaders, roll-off containers, and compacters. Our uniformed and friendly drivers provide clean and dependable waste and recycling collection.
Using a combination of roll off, front end and tractor trailers, Green Day focuses on reducing solid waste going to the landfill.

Green Day develops waste paper, plastic, and metal disposal programs for business, industry, and government to capture waste and by products and return them to the production cycle. From evaluating each site's product streams, production methods and facilities utilization, a program of product recapture is developed that is advantageous to you, our customer.

Green Day owns and operates two baling and shredding facilities in Greensboro, North Carolina. The facilities accept both loose and baled recyclables and can handle your transportation needs or, material can be delivered to Green Day. Green Day also operates a digital in-ground scale that is certified and calibrated annually by the State of North Carolina.

Not only does Green Day help you reduce waste disposal costs, we help save our environment. Seventeen trees are saved for every ton of paper recycled. Green Day recycles 5,000 tons of waste per month, thereby saving nearly 82,500 trees.

Trash disposal costs will continue to escalate in the future. The labor cost involved in recycling is fully recovered from the reduction of trash hauling costs.
